Nineteen-year-old Jazmine, her Aunt Carla, and Uncle James leave New Orleans and head to Vegas at the request of Carla's older sister, Jada. Jazmine is set to become the headliner at Carla's new casino. Unbeknownst to Jazmine and James, Auntie Jada, as she's known around town, controls criminal activities in Las Vegas' black community.
